System Integrator
The successful candidate will be a proactive, forward-leaning self-starter able to work in a fast-paced organization spread across diverse technical areas for a customer program in the area of telecommunications. The successful candidate will bring a diverse set of skill to cover a range of support needs for the customer in helping them execute their projects. Someone with passion for mission support who has attention to detail and can work with customer project leaders to understand and communicate program information will thrive in this environment.
Requirements
- Track status, Milestones, Draft Documents (i.e. Program Management Plan, Work Plans, Requirements, reports, etc.)
- Assist project and asset management of equipment and supplies in various stages of the project life cycle – procurement, storage, lab, and operational deployment
- Coordinate, schedule and support meetings, draft slides, and collage input from ad hoc and other meetings
- Consolidate, edit, and coordinate accuracy with teams prior to distribution
- Participate in weekly tag-ups
- Follow up with engineering to ensure deliveries are on schedule
- Cultivate a strong working relationship across business lines, offices, and other partners
Education and Experience
- This position will require and active TS clearance w/ FS Poly
- This open position will be used to fill multiple open positions on the contract
- Junior-level position w/ 5 years of experience or 3 years with an Associate’s degree
- Mid-level position w/ 8 years of experience or 6 years with an Associate’s degree
- Senior -level position with 15 years of experience or 13 years with an Associates degree or 11 years with an Bachelors degree
