XMSTART promotes a culture of work-life balance and believes in the work hard play hard mentality. Throughout the year we organize activities to build comradery among the XMSTART team as well as host Family Days and an annual Holiday Party to celebrate the close of the year.
Giving Back
An important corporate value for us is giving back, we provide company-wide community service opportunities to allow us to contribute to the community. XMSTART participated and sponsored a hole in a charity golf tournament in support of Homes For Our Troops, an organization focused on building and donating specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9/11 Veterans.
In addition to piloting for our Government Customers, XMSTART volunteers through various organizations to fly rescue flights for our four legged friends in need.
We proudly support No Greater Sacrifice (NGS). A Foundation dedicated to the children of our nation’s fallen and wounded Service members, post 9/11, by delivering scholarships and resources to improve their quality of life through the pursuit of higher education.
